Thea's original inspiration came from diverse sources such as David Bowie, Biba, the Rocky Horror Film Show and vintage clothes, to 50s kitsch. Her designs were thematic and often embellished with 3-D motifs, which lent drama to her fantasy creations, providing delight, amazement, and often amusement to wearer and observer alike.
